We added a new document to ControlPro called a Ticket Summary. This document gives you a summary of all the loads created on one ticket. Once setup, this document will automatically print when a ticket is closed. To set up this document, follow these instructions.
Go to the settings menu.
Under the Global section, originators tab, double click on the originator where you want to set up the ticket summary.
On the ticket printing tab, click the green plus sign to add a tab in the bottom section.
Under the new tab, select “TicketSummary” from the template type drop-down menu.
Click on the import button to import a template file.
Select the built-in template, called Summary.
Click on the green-plus sign. Double click the printer field to select your printer. Then click save.
When you complete and close a ticket, you’ll receive a printout like the document below. It shows all the materials and a breakdown of each load pulled from that ticket.
