This article will teach you how to run an equipment report. If you need assistance scheduling, emailing, or printing the report, please refer to the “Introduction to Reports” KnowledgeBase article.
To get started with an equipment report, click on the green plus sign in the Reports section.
On the popup window, select Equipment, then click submit.
You can change the name of the report to what you wish in the name field. Then click the search button to open the equipment search window.
In the equipment search window, you can search for equipment using the ID number (number field), name (equipment field), company, or unattended ID (UID field). You can also filter by container type, capacity units, and compartments. When your parameters are set, click the search button to see the results. Once the results are satisfactory, click the save button.
The next step is to setup the report template. Click the green plus sign on the printing tab. In the new window that appears, click the import template button. There is one built-in template for equipment in ControlPro. Select that template. When finished, click save.
Go to the details tab. To view the report, check the PDF box and the View box. Then click distribute. It will use your search parameters to generate a PDF report and will open the file in your default PDF viewer. You can use the cancel button to stop the report from generating.
