This article will teach you how to run a party report. If you need assistance scheduling, emailing, or printing the report, please refer to the “Introduction to Reports” KnowledgeBase article.
To get started with a party report, click on the green plus sign in the Reports section.
On the popup window, select Party, then click submit.
You can change the name of the report to what you wish in the name field. Then click the search button to open the party search window.
In the party search window, you can search for parties using the ID number (party field) or name (name field). You can also filter by company, type (driver or customer), UID, address, and attributes. When your parameters are set, click the search button to see the results. Once the results are satisfactory, click the save button.
The next step is to setup the report template. Click the green plus sign on the printing tab. In the new window that appears, click the import template button. Select the party template built-in to ControlPro. When finished, click save.
Go to the details tab. To view the report, check the PDF box and the View box. Then click distribute. It will use your search parameters to generate a PDF report and will open the file in your default PDF viewer. You can cancel the report being generated by clicking the cancel button.
