ControlPro v3.4
A mix list is a printed ticket that gives a driver or operator information they may need to enter on the unattended system or normal system, depending on your workflow. Below is an example of what a mix list looks like.
To get started, open the systems and scales list.
Then open the system where you want to create a mix list.
Open the system, then go to the printing tab. Click the green plus sign on the tab, and a new listing appears. Click on the import template button to open the list of available templates.
Select the “MixList” file, then click open.
Under the template type, select “Sub Batch Mix List”. To setup the printer, click the green plus sign next to distribution and printing source.
In the distribution and printing source section, select the printer you want from the drop-down menu. You can also setup the printer tray and number of copies. When finished, click save.
The next step is optional, depending on how you do your workflow. Under the options tab, you can enable the prompt for mix lists. The system will prompt you to print a mix list when you begin processing. If you want to create the mix list before processing the load, leave this option disabled.
Below is a screenshot of the prompt for printing a mix list.
If the option to prompt for mix lists is disabled, you can print one by loading the ticket into the system. Then you click the mix list button to print. Then you can hand this mix list to a driver who needs the information to get the load from the unattended screen. Then remove the ticket from the system since the driver will process the load from the unattended screen. This is how most customers use mix lists.
