This article will teach you how to run a store report. If you need assistance scheduling, emailing, or printing the report, please refer to the “Introduction to Reports” training article.
To get started with a store report, click on the green plus sign in the Reports section.
On the popup window, select Store, then click submit.
You can change the name of the report to what you wish in the name field. Then click the search button to open the store search window.
In the store search window, you can search for stores using the type, material ID, description, mix type, dispense type, or the originator the material came from. When your parameters are set, click the search button to see the results. Once your search parameters are set, click the save button.
The next step is to setup the report template. Click the green plus sign on the printing tab. In the new window that appears, click the import template button. Select the one store template built-in to ControlPro. When finished, click save.
Go to the details tab. To view the report, check the PDF box and the View box. Then click distribute. It will use your search parameters to generate a PDF report and will open the file in your default PDF viewer. You can use the cancel button to stop the report from generating.
