ControlPro v3.4
To customize your unattended screen, go to the settings page on the left-hand side of the main screen.
Click on the local section, and then the unattended tab. In here are the settings for the unattended screen. On the left side, you can set up the unattended with two different systems. You can choose which one goes on the left and the right. Allowable batch increase allows the driver to take a certain percentage more than the material amounts on the ticket. By default, this is set to 10%.
In the middle column you’ll see a list of options. Show partial validations will allow for partial numbers when typing in ID’s. Don’t require originator prefixes allows the driver to type in the ticket number without the three-digit originator prefix. The show unattended batch materials settings allows you to turn on or off the part of the screen that shows the breakdown of materials. Turning this off will only show the total amount and not the individual products being delivered. Allow unattended hand-adds will allow drivers to load their own hand-add products. Uncheck the box to prevent people from running hand-adds at the unattended. The validate dispatch, driver, equipment, and customer fields will cause those fields to appear or disappear on the unattended screen. If all are disabled, only There are also options for enabling signature capture and allowing compartmented equipment.
On the right side, you see screen resolution. These options will rearrange the layout of the unattended screen based on monitor type and size. If you use any size widescreen monitor, keep it at the default of 1366x768. If you use an older fullscreen monitor, select 1024x768. 800x600 is only used for small fullscreen monitors that don’t support higher resolutions. The other two common settings are gate opener system and help contact. The gate opener system requires setup from our engineers. It allows ControlPro to open and close security gates or garage doors after hours when no one is onsite. The help contact field allows you to enter an email address. This will create a button on the unattended screen, allowing the driver to request help from someone in the office.
When your changes are complete, click update.
