If your ControlPro is integrated with third-party agronomy software, then tickets are automatically created and sent to ControlPro. This training article is for customers who use ControlPro with no third-party integration.
To create tickets, click the plus sign in the tickets and loads section.
In the window that appears, click the green plus sign to select the material. Optionally, you can click the import formula button to choose a formula, or blend, of different materials. The next step is to add the amount. Type in the total amount in the total box. Also, if using multiple materials, you can set the amount for each material, which will then be added to the total amount box. If using a formula, the ratio of ingredients will be maintained, so changing one material amount will affect the other amounts to maintain the ratio.
Once all amounts are entered, choose the customer by clicking the plus sign on the customer tab. Find the customer in the list, and double click to add them to the ticket. Once all these are filled in, click save. Once saved, the ticket will be ready to process on a system.
