Power Issues:
1. Verify all wires are securely connected to the appropriate terminals.
2. Check the breaker to see if it is on or has been tripped. (If it’s off, the switch will be towards the 0/OFF side, if it has tripped it will be in the middle) Make sure there are jumpers placed between the two ACC terminals and the 2 GND terminals.
3. If turning the switch to test does not turn on the HI LEVEL light, check to make sure there are no loose wires on the light, or the switch on the inside of the door.
4. If the audible alarm does not sound make sure all the wires are properly connected to the H1 terminal and that the CR2 relay is not on, the indicator light should not be on. If testing with a float sensor or jumper the CR1 relay should be on for the programmed time on the timer. (See pg. 2 of the product manual)
5. If the strobe alarm does not flash make sure all the wires are properly connected to the S1 terminal and that the CR1 relay should be on (if using a float sensor or jumper) for the programmed time on the timer. (see pg. 2 of the product manual)
6. The timer should have a green light on it when no contact is made on the float, if it does not, check to make sure the 24V power supply is on and that the connections to the power supply and timer are secure.
7. If the float sensor does not engage the timer, check the wire connections at the F1 terminals. If they are secure check the programming of the timer using Pg. 2 of the manual.
